It's easy to buy from One Switch, where you will receive a friendly and personal service, but please e-mail first so that I can confirm availability, total price and estimated delivery date. If you are still happy, I will then send you an invoice.
One Switch is run on a part-time basis so there can be delays. Response times will not always be immediate, but if I've received your e-mail I will always reply when able to. Items will be well packaged using recycled materials.

Returns Policy
If you change your mind about your purchase, please return the unused goods to us with the original receipt within 14 days, and we will offer you an exchange or a credit note. This does not affect your legal rights, including your right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or misdescribed.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
WEEE electrical waste returns
If in Europe, please do not throw your OneSwitch electrical items away if no longer needed. Get in touch to return them to me free of charge.
