Switch Spin Art

£40 (+ postage)

Spin art machine with lights and sound (which can be turned off), paper, paint and more.

Please feel free to e-mail for further information and for ordering details.

Turquoise spin art machine with four green lights around it, and a spinning white disc of paper with black concentric part drawn circles. In front an accessibility switch.
Splash-proof lid, spinning plate, removable chassis, 7 paint bottles, 5 display trays, paint bracket, various starter paper sheets.

N.B. Accessibility switch and 3x AA batteries not included. I recommend not using the yellow tray (below) as it is heavy and the motor struggles to spin it without a nudge. Use bluetack to secure paper onto the middle square square hub, with the splash proof lid in place after to stop the paper flying off (unlikely but not impossible), and it works very well.

Switch socket, volume control and lights on/off button.

Controls from left to right: On/Off switch (yellow), switch socket, volume control, lights ON/OFF button.

Ideas and features

• Use on its own as a cause and effect device.
• Create art in a team.
• Use with paint or pens.
• Use a switch dice system with art rules.

This can bring more independence. For example, roll a dice to choose how many colours are to be used. Number the colours, and use the dice to choose the colour.
