How to Pay

It's easy to buy from One Switch in the UK, where you will receive a friendly and personal service, but please e-mail first so that I can confirm availability. If you are still happy, I will then send you a full quote/invoice.

One Switch is run on a part-time basis so there can be delays. Response times will not always be immediate, but if I've received your e-mail I will always reply when able to. Items will be well packaged using recycled materials.

CAN I ORDER FROM YOU?

Possibly. Please e-mail me your wish-list and your destination country. As of the 13th of November 2024, shipping to the EU and Northern Ireland will be restricted until further notice. I may be able to point you to other solutions though, worst case.

Returns Policy

If you change your mind about your purchase, please return the unused goods to us with the original receipt within 14 days, and we will offer you an exchange or a credit note. This does not affect your legal rights, including your right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or misdescribed.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

WEEE electrical waste returns

If in Europe, please do not throw your OneSwitch electrical items away if no longer needed. Get in touch to return them to me free of charge.
